Maybe one of our photographers is handling a property in The Lakes subdivision of Bozeman and gets a request to do some Cinematic Video in Spanish Peaks Mountain Club later that day. It happens, and we are more than happy to do it.
But what about listings that fall outside of this area? Properties in Ennis, or Butte perhaps? It’s very simple. We have a one-way travel fee of $1.25/mile that begins once we are outside of our typical service area and only billed "one-way". For Butte, this looks like an extra $85 on top of your regular media order. We did some extensive market research before arriving at this figure, and believe it is fair to both the photographer and the agent
We want to reiterate, this figure is billed “one-way”, meaning we only charge for the distance away from our regular service area, not there and back. We are in the business of creating the best media for your real estate listings, not trying to sneak in unnecessary hidden fees. The less you have to worry about us, the more you can focus on selling your properties.
